Who We Are

Behaviour Support Across Sydney, Grounded in Connection

At The Konnections Project, we believe every individual deserves support that’s as unique as they are. Based in Sydney, we provide NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Services across Canterbury, Bankstown, Ryde, Northern Sydney, Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, the Campbelltown area, and surrounding suburbs.

We exist to challenge the “one-size-fits-all” model often seen in behaviour support. Instead, our work is deeply person-centred, neuro-affirming, and designed to empower participants to build independence, confidence, and real-world skills.

Led by a team of experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners, we deliver a range of services, including Positive Behaviour Support, assessments, NDIS reporting, training for families and carers, and clinical supervision for other practitioners.

We work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to deliver respectful, evidence-informed support that is grounded in connection, respect, and best practices.

How It All Started

After years of working with NDIS participants and their families, we recognised a clear need for a more personalised kind of support, one that goes beyond generic plans and focuses on the individual, not just the behaviour.

We founded The Konnections Project to bridge this gap. Through every consultation, plan, and session, we’re guided by one belief: people aren’t all the same, and their support shouldn’t be either.

Our services reflect real-life, meaningful goals and genuine strengths, delivered by skilled professionals who genuinely care.
