How It Works
A flexible process tailored to your needs, whether you’re starting fresh or already have a Behaviour Support Plan in place.
Get in Touch
Complete our referral form or contact us directly. We’ll discuss your current situation, including whether you already have a Behaviour Support Plan in place.
Initial Consultation
We’ll arrange an initial consultation either in-person (at home or in the community) or online to understand your goals, needs, and daily routines.
Assessment & Planning
If you’re new to PBS, we’ll complete a Functional Behaviour Assessment. If you already have a Behaviour Support Plan, we can review it and update it to align with our approach and current best practices.
Implementation & Support
We develop or revise your Behaviour Support Plan, then work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to implement strategies. We also provide direct participant support where suitable.
Monitor & Adjust
We review progress regularly and adjust the plan as needed. Our goal is always to reduce reliance on restrictive practices while building skills and independence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to access your services?
No formal referral is required. You, a family member, or a support coordinator can contact us directly or complete our online referral form.
What if I already have a Behaviour Support Plan?
That’s no problem. We can review your existing BSP and, where appropriate, update it to reflect your current needs and align with our approach.
How long is the wait time?
Our typical wait time is under 4 weeks. We aim to respond promptly and begin working with you as soon as possible.
Where do you deliver your services?
We provide support across Canterbury, Bankstown, Ryde, Northern Sydney, Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, the Campbelltown area, and beyond. Services can be delivered at home, in the community, or via telehealth, where suitable.
What is a restrictive practice, and will you use one?
Restrictive practices are strategies that limit a person’s rights or freedom, such as physical restraint or environmental restraint. These are only used as a last resort under strict NDIS guidelines and must be clearly outlined and approved in a Behaviour Support Plan. Our goal is always to reduce and eliminate the use of restrictive practices over time.
What does NDIS funding cover for Positive Behaviour Support?
Positive Behaviour Support is funded under the Capacity Building – Improved Relationships category in your NDIS plan. Relevant funding items include:
- 11_022_0110_7_3 – Specialist Behavioural Intervention Support
- 11_023_0110_7_3 – Behaviour Management Plan, Including Training
- 11_024_0117_7_3 – Individual Social Skills Development (if included in your plan)
If you’re unsure about your funding, we’re happy to help review your plan and explain what’s possible.
